All right, I am 18 years old a college girl. I want to take my diet for long time. But whenever I go on a diet I just suddenly stop because I get bored with it and I want to eat and I guess junk food is just comfort for me. But in junk food I feel very much problems to my health. What should I do? What can I do to stick to my diet? I really need your suggestion. Thanks a lot.
