Help - Can't charge my Dermaray

I have recently bought a Dermaray UV. After a couple of days of use, charging the unit does not work any more. I already tried to run the unit plugged into power, but the system shuts down because the battery is low and no power seems to get to the unit.

Please let me know what I should do. I'd love to stop by, but I live in California.

Otherwise the unit has already helped me a lot and I can't stand the thought of not using my Dermaray!
