If you want to lose your weight then get up early in the morning, go for a walk or jog for about half an hour, stay in fresh air and drink a lot of water. Never miss your breakfast, you can have juices and vegetables in your breakfast but eat because it's a misconception among many people that if you want to lose weight then you should stay hungry, no, manage a diet plan along with your exercises and food. Be on your feet most of the time and avoid eating oily, fatty and junk food.
