It is clear that fruits and vegetables plays important role in betterment of our health and changed life style because of the fact these have vitamins. protein , calcium , iron and different nutrients which our body is needed but unfortunately it is sorry to say that large number of people are still stick on fast foods which are the major cause of overweight and high cholesterol level . So it is suggested to take fruits and vegetables which are in fact good foods in real sense.
