Psoriasis and sport ?

Do you think that Psoriasis can be reduced with sports ? did anyone tried this out ? i heard once that sweating improves psoriasis dramatically

I think for a small amount of people, it probably has something to do with the salt in the sweat?

My Inverse psoriasis in my armpits is irritated from sweating but i find steam therapy and exercise somewhat beneficial for my plaque psoriasis.

I'd say that it depends on the area affected my P. And if the person sweats a lot this might eventually cause some irritation.As for me,I recently discovered abot my P and I dnt indulge in lots of sports but only brisk walking and jogging a few times a week. So far, I didnt find any side effects of doing those with P.
