I've researched on some tips on how to lose weight. I've already started on a diet last week consisting of 5-6 light meals a day. I count my calories and I do moderate workouts once or twice a day. I cheat during weekends. This is my first time going on a diet and I'm not sure if what I'm doing is right. I would like to ask if I should join fitness programs like Weight Watchers or JennyCraig etc.
