I really feel it is the baby oil tho so give it a go i say and see how it works for u!

I've tried lots of lotions, creams and ointments to moisturize but when my hands and fingers are cracking and peeling even the fragrance free ones sting like crazy. I'm using one by Gerber brand now called Grins and Giggles and even the fragranced ones don't sting as much. I tried the Huggies lotions (by Kimberly Clark) and while the lotion is very moisturizing, it still burns a bit more than the Grins and Giggles. The baby products aren't greasy or heavy so you have to put them on more often, but it's inexpensive and well worth carrying a little sample bottle with me everywhere.
