Hi there,
In a nut shell his diet and reccommendations eliminate toxins we are putting into our bodies, foods that aren't good for are- most red meat, coffee, dairy products, smoking etc. These toxins are overloading our system (organs) and our bodies. The liver and kidneys just aren't working right. The toxins then escape through our stomach into the blood stream, and then come out through the skin.
So if you eliminate the food causing the toxins your skin improves and eventually heals itself.
I found that pizza is real killer, it makes me itchy, so I drink lots of water and start back on the diet and things start to improve again.
In my opinion and from experience SPAMER LINK REMOVED's reccomendations work.
