I have been recently on a low carb diet and it has given me a little grief and it hasn't done me any favours so I have decided to change and that was first to get some diets that are favourable to the skin ratherr than what I have been doing. That was no starches, pasta, breads and dealing with proteins such as Fish, red meat and chicken plus bacon and eggs for breakfast. All came a cropper so need to make some changes now.
