Low Battery message

I have had my Dermaray80 for about 18 months and use it about 1/2 hour (or less) per week. Currently I get "LOW BATTER" errors, even when it has been plugged in for hours. It just won't turn on. I had looked at the manual and hadn't seen anything that has led me to a solution. I also let it die out completely and try to recharge again. It just isn't working. How do I troubleshoot, or is thier a replacement part I need?

If your batteries are not holding charge please contact us and we will organise a replacement battery pack.
