Fruits and Vegetables as Nutrients ?

Hi all the lovely people over here.....

It is clear that fruits and vegetables plays important role in betterment of our health and changed life style because of the fact these have vitamins. protein , calcium , iron and different nutrients which our body is needed but unfortunately it is sorry to say that large number of people are still stick on fast foods which are the major cause of overweight and high cholesterol level . So it is suggested to take fruits and vegetables which are in fact good foods in real sense.

Take multi-vitamin consistently, discuss your problems with your family,
drink 2/3 cup of water, prevent liquor, caffeinated drinks and other stimulating elements....

You're right Davidryan, diet and nutritious food are really important when it comes to our health as well as on psoriasis. But to those who have psoriasis, aside from diet, why don't you try to use dead sea salts for psoriasis treatment and other skin issues. Dead sea salts from San Francisco Salt Company effective in treating psoriasis.
