It is clear that nutritious foods have significant role in betterment of our health . There are different foods which contain nutrients such as vitamins, protein , calcium, iron,magnesium, potassium and other nutrients which have proved to be beneficial for health . Foods such as vegetables and fruits contain that sort of nutrients which should be taken in diet .
