Green Vegetables and Fruits in Diet ?

Hi Guys....

It is useful to eat green vegetables and fruits in diet because of the fact that these are rich in most important nutrients like vitamins and protein which our body is needed . So it is recommended to add fruits and green vegetables in diet which would have beneficial effects on our body as well .

Well green Vegetables are very good for the health. These have good quantity of protein, which is necessary for your body. Fresh green vegetables, are helpful for the fat loosing and muscles building.Vegetables and fruits are the good solution to make your body fit and healthy. Eating vegetables, in lunch time help you to increase the rate of red cell in blood.

Fresh fresh vegetables are beneficial for the fat losing and muscle tissue building, fresh fruits and fresh vegetables are the good solution to make your body fit and healthy....

Hi Guys......I hope you might be fine here. People might like different foods which are high in calories and fats, junk foods are the most common examples of these all. So i have to know that how much calories a person should take on daily basis. I am not aware about exact amount of calories and can say that most people wont know about it because if they know then why they eat fast foods in excess which are high calorie foods.
