Well It is likely to say that nutrition is necessary in diet plan . So it is said by many health experts suggest that people should take nutritious foods in their diet . Fruits , vegetables , fish , red meat and other foods are best in the diet which are great source of nutrients and useful from health point of view .

Eat 5/6 small meals including snacks, avoid soda, diet soda and flavored juices, walk is great to increase metabolism,
do take whole grains, beans, vegetables and fruits more in your diet meals....

Nutrition play important role in making our life healthy and to meet our body requirements for daily exercises so we must have nutritive diet plan and exercise regularly for healthy and active life.
